Let’s Take a Break

Dear Self,

Letting go is exhausting. Sometimes we need a break, so let’s take a break. Here is a page dedicated to encouragement and lighthearted positivity. Sometimes when I need a break or just a little fun, I create little notes for my daughter’s lunchbox. Below are a few examples. If you have fun break ideas, I would love to hear about them.
