At Dear Self Trauma Therapy, we recognize and honor the mind-body connection for trauma healing. We have found the body to be the missing link when processing trauma which helps trapped emotions release from the body. This works for more than just trauma treatment, it helps anyone who is experiencing distress. Our unique approach to healing trauma combines traditional psychotherapy, somatic-based interventions, and holistic therapy.
